Bisbee Turquoise Smoke
Bisbee Smoke turquoise
The Bisbee mine produced a very unique color combination occurrence. The stone would be blue but the lavender color would invade the blue color and alter it. This combination of color is what we call Bisbee Smoke. The lavender color combining with the blue color. The lavender color would also be the matrix color also. Bisbee produced some very unique one of a kind stones ,know to occur only from the Bisbee mine. Smoked stones can have just a little of the purple smoke in the stones or the smoke can totally take over a stone color. Nature has no rules. The most valuable of this occurrence had the vibrant blue color with some lavender smoke in the stone but not enough to take away the intense blue color. The combination of Vibrant blue against a nice lavender color is unequalled in any turquoise from any mine. Bisbee also had some of the most intense vibrant blue of any mine also.
